    Hey I hope its not Somnambul from 1929 because the filename wud be a hell of a giveaway.
    The first thing that came to my mind was Silent Hill. Because of the hill^^

    That’s a “No” on both.
    (The first being off by 9 years.. :) )
    You gave me a shock second though, because I did not check the English titles – must be more careful next time…

    “The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari” (“Das Cabinet des Doktor Caligari”).
    by Robert Wiener, 1920 – german expressionism. Definitely a classic.
